Note: This poem was originally posted on my Patreon account on August 20th of 2018. I am currently posting a new poem to my patreon account each day for patron exclusive reading and on this blog one week later for public viewing. If you’d like to see these poems when they are first put up then please consider pledging to my patreon page.
My child who I have not yet met, I speak to thee before I regret.
If I had but a few words to say to you, they would be “not yet.”
It may seem natural to succumb to despair.
One may desire what they cannot repair.
But the world allows for endless possibilities.
What lies before thee is not all that is.
There is always more to see.
There is always time left to live and to be.
Every end is a new beginning.
Somewhere, somewhen far away.
One will realize the joy of the next day.
The Cursed may we be, yet the rewards be aplenty.
No one who was normal ever meant to succeed.
This world is ours for the taking and no one can stop us
Or rather
No one will.
