Note: This poem was originally posted on my Patreon account on July 28th of 2018. I am currently posting a new poem to my patreon account each day for patron exclusive reading and on this blog one week later for public viewing. A desolate loss inside a stressful marsh.

I sink into despair for hours upon end, unable to rise back out again.

What does one do when they’ve never known normal? When the there’s little will left to toil?

I cry out and beg for forgiveness, but I hear no response. I scream as loud as I can but nothing comes out of my mouth.

A Hellish mire of my desire. To burn away my sins only for more to emerge from the ashes.

Nothing I do is good enough. Nothing is true anymore.

The darkness consumes me.

Death calls me, I answer, wrong number.

I know not what I feel, I know not what I am,

I know not what the Hellish torture of my mind transcends.

To all who are out there, to all who witness. Hear my plea.

Help me please…
