Poem #19: My Plea

Note: This poem was originally posted on my Patreon account on July 28th of 2018. I am currently posting a new poem to my patreon account each day for patron exclusive reading and on this blog one week later for public viewing. If you’d like to see these poems when they are first put up then please consider pledging to my patreon page.

A desolate loss inside a stressful marsh.

I sink into despair for hours upon end, unable to rise back out again.

What does one do when they’ve never known normal? When the there’s little will left to toil?

I cry out and beg for forgiveness, but I hear no response. I scream as loud as I can but nothing comes out of my mouth.

A Hellish mire of my desire. To burn away my sins only for more to emerge from the ashes.

Nothing I do is good enough. Nothing is true anymore.

The darkness consumes me.

Death calls me, I answer, wrong number.

I know not what I feel, I know not what I am,

I know not what the Hellish torture of my mind transcends.

To all who are out there, to all who witness. Hear my plea.

Help me please…
