In a far off haze, my eyes wander
Thinking of future, further and farther.
I look to the past, yet how close it feels.
All time stands still through the thin veil.
I am every age at once, I am all my failures and greatest shames, yet I remain strong.
The fleeting sense of warmth, an eerie nostalgia of trauma for far too long.
I am lost, yet I know the way. I simply seek another.
Do I rush or do I wait? How long is forever?
The contradiction of my being.
My eternal dilemma.
