Poem #107: Misery’s Ground

Note: This poem was originally posted on my Patreon account on May 22nd of 2019. I am currently posting a new poem to my patreon account once a week for patron exclusive reading and on this blog one week later for public viewing. If you’d like to see these poems when they are first put up then please consider pledging to my patreon page.

In agony it awaits, the misery’s gate.

Noxious fumes of toxicity exhume. That which is unnecessarily assumed.

That pattern’s past the bracket’s base, the shattered mind of the broken vase.

Stand my ground and get suspended, leap and get chased.

No time to waste, no mind to take. No path to follow, no glass to break.

To trespass on misery’s ground.
