Note: This poem was originally posted on my Patreon account on August 29th of 2018. I am currently posting a new poem to my patreon account each day for patron exclusive reading and on this blog one week later for public viewing. If you’d like to see these poems when they are first put up then please consider pledging to my patreon page.
To which air tomorrow brings an end to this pain and suffering.
The path that lies before me stretches out beyond infinity.
I hear the voices calling though the journey may be daunting.
My feet move of their own accord beyond what my mind affords.
Step by step
on the path
Every breath
may be my last.
Does my life
mean nothing new.
Do my cries
break through to you?
Break by break
the wall comes down.
Give or take
the piercing sound.
I can move.
I can fly.
I can Scream.
I can try.
I will discover.
I will succeed.
Even if it means.
The death of me.
